Hort AK gas tubes are designed to be mounted on the Hort AK series forend and can carry additional attachments such as a laser sight, a collimator sight, or any other suitable for use in this configuration.
The Hort AK gas pipe is installed on the Hort AK series mortgage forend, while the barrel of the carbine remains hung out.
It is made of high-quality aluminum by milling, coated with high-strength black anodizing (in some cases, Cerakote paint in ODG and FDE colors is used).
The weight and dimensions of the Hort gas pipe are similar to the weight and dimensions of a standard gas pipe.
